Small Group Training
CapitalFC is excited to now offer small group specialized training in the following areas: footwork, passing and receiving, speed and agility, shooting and finishing, and goalkeeping. For $30, players will receive a 60 minute small group training session run by a CapitalFC coach. Groups will consist of no more than five players of appropriate age and skill level, as determined by the Technical Director of Coaching and CFC staff. Sessions will be offered several times throughout the week, depending upon participant availability. Click below to register!

2017 CapitalFC Summer Camp
The CapitalFC Summer Camp is a great opportunity to work on your technical game this summer! Players will participate in a full day camp run by your favorite CFC coaches. The morning sessions will focus on technical training, followed by lunch and a swimming break, then we will wrap up the day with small sided games. Our technical training program will focus on dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, and finishing. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
All sessions will be located at Randall Rec. Center in Washington, DC
Advanced Performance Training
A six-week summer program focused on technical training, soccer-related fitness, and games. For $145, players will receive 12 training sessions. The sessions will consist of 30 minutes of technical training and/or soccer related fitness, followed by one hour of pick-up games. The goal of this program is to get kids out and let them play! This program is designed for players of all skill levels U9 and up.
Sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Randall Rec. Center.
